This Chocolate Pudding is made out of avocados. This recipe was given to me by my friend Karina, who is a health enthusiast just like me. The recipe is extremely quick and easy to make, although a little messy. The sweetness in it comes from honey instead of sugar, which is bad for you. Enjoy!
First you need,
1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Honey (here I used a honey made locally in Connecticut)
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Next, cut the avocados in half, take out the hard core and take off the skin. This should be easy to do as the avocados should be very ripe. Cut the avocados into large pieces.
Put the avocados, honey, and cocoa powder into a blender or food processor. Blend, slowly adding the almond milk.
You can decorate with mint! Very healthy! If you like, you can refrigerate it first for at least an hour. If it’s runny, it should thicken up while it’s cooling in the refrigerator.
